2. Services Overview
Hitch Quick provides transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate transportation, hourly services, and special event transportation nationwide.
3. Booking and Reservations
Booking Process: Reservations can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your reservation with details of your booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website or app.
Charges: You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all services rendered. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or other service modifications.
5. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information.
Timeliness: You agree to be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Proper Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner and comply with all safety instructions provided by our drivers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hitch Quick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the use of our Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.
8. Modifications to Terms
Hitch Quick reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
